Joyful, Joyful, we adore Thee
God of glory, Lord of love
Hearts unfold like flowers before Thee,
Opening to the son above.
Believe!
We are more than conquerors,
In Him who set us free.
Guiding us to promised lands,
And all that we can be.
He has much more than we expect,
Waiting to pour out.
On that day when we believe,
And overcome our doubt.
Blessings unimagined,
Like an ocean pour.
Once we act upon our faith,
And open our hearts door.
When hope floods out in action,
And faith is given life.
Problems – opportunities,
And joy instead of strife.
That’s when we’ll know Him deeper,
The flame in us He’ll fan.
With miracles He’ll answer prayer,
When we believe He can.
